FARMERS CHEESE is our goat milk version of the famous Italian Ricotta Salata cheese. Think tangy, salty, cottage cheese in a firm textured pure white block, with the perfect combination of fresh flavor and buttery mouthfeel. Shaved, grated, or crumbled, it makes a great addition to pasta or salads or alternative to Parmigiano or Feta. It is mild enough to complement other ingredients without overwhelming when used with pasta, rice, fresh produce, meats, or chicken.
