Dinner & Brunch at the Dairy: Event Information
The cost for our 5+ course Dinner At The Dairy is $60 per person.
The cost for our 4+ course Sunday Brunch is $50 per person.
Please read this brief description of our Dining experience.
Monthly we offer our unique "Dinner at the Dairy." The Dining evenings begin
at 6:00 p.m. & Brunch on Sunday begins at 10:00 a.m.
Dinner evenings begin at 6:00 with a tour of our working family
farm. Guests enjoy a complete five-course meal with fresh organic herbs
and vegetables and clean raised meats followed by coffee, tea & truffles!
Sunday Brunch begins at 10 AM
with coffee and tea on the porch followed by a four-course brunch and a tour of the Dairy.
All our meals
feature fresh seasonal produce and meats from our farm and other local
farms (whey fed pork, pasture raised beef, lamb and poultry, local
venison). At each meal we use our farmstead cheese in new and creative
ways. Our meals are served in the rustic atmosphere of our unique dairy
barn constructed with pine, oak, poplar and cedar harvested off the
farm. Its design is passive solar and post and beam construction
finished with reclaimed 100-year-old barn oak.

We are excited about your visit but please read carefully to understand our limitations
Thanks for you continued interest and support,
The GLD: Events at the Dairy team
Here at Goat Lady Dairy we host a limited number of dining events each year and reservations fill
quickly. Our dining room holds 60 guests. We will confirm your
reservation via e-mail. After you receive your confirmation we will
hold your reservation until we hear from you or receive your payment.
Sorry, no reservations are held without
payment in full. Payment will be refunded if your reservation is
canceled 7 days prior to the dinner. If we are unable to accommodate your
reservation we will be pleased to put you on our waiting list for
cancellations, letting you know as seats become available.
We live in a "dry" county so we do not sell alcohol. For Dinner
evenings we provide a complimentary glass of wine (for Brunch we have champagne cocktails) with our first course
and guests are welcome to bring their own wine as long as they also
bring a designated driver.
Two weeks prior to your Event we will send you a reminder
notice including entree information (for wine pairing and dietary considerations). Because we choose the very freshest ingredients we
do not know our complete menu until a few days before the dinner. Note
to vegetarians and others with special food needs: some of our best
friends are vegetarians, but our meals are not! We will be glad to
replace your meat with a few extra veggies but we cannot prepare
separate vegetarian dishes or other special food to replace our menu.
Please do not call with special food requests. Our meals are a DINING ADVENTURE, not a restaurant. If you are inviting guests, please let them know what to expect.
Important Note: We will not be taking any reservations until the sign up form becomes available online at www.goatladydairy.com at 10:00am on Saturday, January 9th 2010. At which time you can request seats for the dates that work for you and submit your e-form. We will accept requests in the order they are submitted until we have filled all of the available seats for the spring season. If we can accommodate your reservation request we will e-mail you a confirmation and payment request. To hold your confirmed reservation you must reply with payment. If we are unable to accommodate your reservation request we will keep you on the update list and let you know as seats become available. (you may not receive an e-mail immediately)
PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR CHECK until we confirm your reservation.
Please email or call Nathan Tate with any questions or concerns.
